Mr. Madden will discuss Crisis Management programs he and his team have exemplified and implemented for major companies such as American Broadcasting Companies, AT&T, and Kellogg’s. Examples such as successful crisis management communication strategies and predicament of political campaigns of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton will be discussed during Maddens address.
